Attending AI for Good in Geneva (Update)

Members of the Computer Vision Group Jena will be attending the AI for Good Global Summit, that will take place in Geneva, Switzerland on July 6th and July 7th, 2023. This two-day event brings together people from AI research topics that contribute towards more global problems like environmental change, AI in health or trustworthy AI.

Already on Wednesday, July 5th, the AI for Good Workshop will take place, where Joachim Denzler will give his talk “From Anomaly Detection to Attribution for Forecasting” at 16:45pm CEST. The full programm of the workshop can be found here.

Additionally, on both days of the summit Dimitri Korsch and Niklas Penzel can be found at “Swiss Zone”, 9.3 at the booth of the ELLIS Unit Jena together with our partners of the Department of Biogeochemical Integration of the MPI BioGeoChemistry Jena. They will be available to discuss and explain their research in biodiversity monitoring and explainable AI.
